First posting

This is my first attempt to organize my notes. I tear out a lot of references from magazines, throw the pages into a pile, and then promptly forget to go through the pile. A couple of times each year, I find the stuff, realize that I haven't looked at it in a year and throw it out.

I guess that means that not having/using the information hasn't changed my life - but who knows?

So, this blog will serve as my virtual 'pile'!
